Today the US Trade Representative granted 89 new product exclusions on goods imported from China.

June 4, 2019

In a notice published today, the US Trade Representative granted another round of product exclusions, should your goods from China fit any of the following 89 detailed descriptions on the following list, your goods will now be eligible to be excluded from paying 25% additional duties from China.

Also, if you have had to pay the additional tariffs on these goods in past importation, we can request a refund of duties paid to apply the exclusion retroactively to imports as of July 6 of 2018, when the additional duties were implemented. Please contact us at info@iab-sd.com for further information on how we can assist you with the duty recovery or any new importation from China.
